Delivery Charges:
We offer a flat rate of €4.99 on all orders to all locations Ireland.On some items we offer free shipping, if you have multiple items in your shopping basket and just one of them qualifies for free shipping the entire order will be shipped free of charge. Keep an eye out for free shipping codes in your inbox and social media too!
Delivery Time Frame:
Delivery in Ireland is normally in 24 hours (1 business day). We dispatch Monday to Friday before 1pm, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Our commitment to despatching on-time is very important to us, however,delivery times are not guaranteed as there are certain variables beyond our control such as courier delays and poor weather.
Pre-orders:
On some items, we may offer a pre-order when the item is out of stock but will arrive back into stock soon. The delivery date of that item ( give or take a few days) will appear beside the truck item at the top of each product detail page.

If our website says your item is in stock we guarantee it's in stock, so you can be assured we will dispatch your goods before 1pm each business day. You will receive an email once your item has been dispatched to let you know its on its way.
Insurance

What if I am not there to receive my delivery?
If none is there to accept delivery of your item An Post courier will leave a calling card with the time and date they have arrived along with your tracking number. Your item will then be available at your local An Post sorting office for collection for a period of 3 days before it is returned to us. Please bring the calling card and a form of identification to claim your item
Packaging
In most cases ,your product will arrive in unmarked Jiffy bags or recycled cartons. Larger items such as extra large safety gates will arrive in Babasafe branded packaging. If a larger item is intended as a gift or your prefer privacy please let us know - we would be happy to arrange non-branded packaging.
