Packaging & Shipping

As a fully Irish owned company, all deliveries are sent from Ireland, using recycled materials wherever possible.

We start early each morning at 7.30am to get orders packed and on the road quickly.

2. Dispatch & Transit

Our warehouse team begins work at 7.30am each morning to ensure fast turnaround.

Orders received before 10.00am (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day using An Post Premium Tracked Delivery.

Standard-sized parcels typically arrive within 1–2 working days, with most delivered next day.
Extra-large items such as fireguards may take up to 5 working days due to network handling.

Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, volume or routing outside our control.

Any extended dispatch times, such as pre-orders, are shown on the product page.


3. Delivery Cost

€5.60 flat rate — fully tracked and insured An Post delivery.

Tracking details are issued automatically by An Post once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

You will receive notifications when your order is:

Dispatched
Out for delivery

4. Missed Deliveries

If no one is home, An Post will leave a “Sorry we missed you!” notice.

You may then:

  1. Collect your parcel from the location listed, or

  2. Arrange redelivery at: https://www.anpost.ie/redelivery

To reduce missed deliveries, you may register a Safe Spot with An Post at:
https://www.anpost.com/signup

If a parcel is not collected or redelivered within 5 working days, it returns to us.
A new €5.60 delivery charge applies if reshipping is required.


5. Stock Availability, Pre-Orders & Delays

We work hard to keep all items in stock, but occasionally a product may be unavailable or damaged during picking.

If this occurs, we will contact you immediately. You can choose to:

Wait for restock
Receive a full refund

Pre-Orders

Some items may be available for pre-order when confirmed incoming stock is on the way.

• Pre-order items display an Estimated Dispatch date on the product page
• The same estimate appears in your cart
• If the estimate changes by more than a day or two, we will email you with an update and offer a refund

In rare cases, a delay notice may be issued shortly after ordering if an issue is detected during final packing.


6. Packaging

We use recyclable materials where possible and may use sturdy supplier boxes for larger items.


7. Delays, Lost Parcels & Liability

Once dispatched, parcels are in the care of An Post.

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us so we can begin an investigation.

Courier investigations (Ireland, UK or Europe) may take up to 20 working days before a parcel is officially declared lost.

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will:

Resend your order at no cost, or
Provide a full refund including delivery

If tracking shows Delivered but your parcel is missing, it has usually been:

Left in a driver-selected safe place, or
Accepted by a neighbour

If still not located, we will open an official delivery-confirmation investigation with An Post (also up to 20 working days).

Delivery charges are not refunded for courier delays, network backlogs or missed delivery attempts.

Missing parcels must be reported within 30 days.


Chasing Up Orders

Once your parcel has been dispatched, it is in the care of An Post.

We step in when:

• Tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the parcel
An Post confirms the parcel is lost

For all other delivery or routing updates, An Post is the correct point of contact.


8. Terms & Conditions of Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates
• Delivery fees are not refunded for delays
• Fees are refunded only when a parcel is officially confirmed lost
• Parcels may be delivered to your address, a neighbour, or a safe place
• Courier investigations may take up to 20 working days
• Missing parcels must be reported within 30 days

Failed, Missed or Refused Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will normally leave a calling card or issue a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection.

An Post parcels may be held at your local depot for collection for a limited time. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by An Post.

If a parcel is not collected from the An Post depot, is repeatedly missed, or is refused at the door, it will automatically be returned to us by the courier.

UPS deliveries that are not successfully completed after the permitted delivery attempts will also be returned to us.

Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, you will be entitled to a refund for the goods. However, any return shipping charges imposed on us by the courier will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes costs incurred due to missed delivery, failure to collect, incorrect address details, or refusal of delivery.

Please note that original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely and responding promptly to courier notifications to avoid unnecessary delays and charges.
