Delivery Charges:
We offer a flat rate of €5.60 on all orders to all locations Ireland.On some items, we offer free shipping, if you have multiple items in your shopping basket and just one of them qualifies for free shipping the entire order will be shipped free of charge. Keep an eye out for free shipping codes in your inbox and social media too!
Pre-orders:
On some items, we may offer a pre-order when the item is out of stock but will arrive back into stock soon. The delivery date of that item ( give or take a few days) will appear beside the van icon at the top of each product detail page.
Pre-ordering how it works
A pre-order is when you have ordered an item that is currently on route to our warehouse and is not in stock at this time as mentioned at the time of your purchase. You have the opportunity at any stage to receive a full and immediate refund or change your order all the way up to the time your order is processed and leaves our warehouse. This, of course, does not affect your right to returning the product later with normal distance selling regulations and our returns policy.
Delivery Schedule
The estimated time of arrival is displayed beside the van icon at the top of the product page on which you are ordering.This date is estimated and while normally accurate this item is arriving by sea freight so please allow some grace period as we cannot control the amount of time our shipments can take for customs clearance etc. If there are any delays we will notify you well in advance. There is also a possibility of your shipment arriving sooner. Once your item leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number and you can expect to receive your item within 1 – 3 business days. Please note once our stock arrives your order will be our no. 1 priority and your order will be processed within 48 hours at the latest.
Payment
Once you hit the preorder button you will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order less any discount coupons provided at the time of purchase. You have the opportunity at any stage to receive a full and immediate refund all the way up to the time your order is processed and leaves our warehouse. This, of course, does not affect your right to returning the product later with normal distance selling regulations and our returns policy.
Delivery Time Frame:
Delivery in Ireland is normally in 24 hours (1 business day). We dispatch Monday to Friday before 1pm, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Our commitment to despatching on-time is very important to us, however,delivery times are not guaranteed as there are certain variables beyond our control such as courier delays and poor weather.

Fast Dispatch Promise:
If our website says your item is in stock we guarantee it's in stock, so you can be assured we will dispatch your goods before 1pm each business day. You will receive an email once your item has been dispatched to let you know its on its way.
Insurance

What happens if I miss a delivery with An Post?
An Post Courier Service will attempt delivery for the first time, if no one is available at the place of delivery, a docket will be left stating missed delivery and your parcel will be sent to your local delivery office (please note that this is your local An Post delivery office and not your local post office). You have two options thereafter:
1) Collect your parcel from your local delivery office (parcels will be kept for 5 working days from date of missed delivery)
2) Rearrange delivery back to the initial delivery address or to an address of your choice, this can only be done online directly with An Post. The link to request re-delivery is www.anpost.ie/redelivery
Packaging
In most cases ,your product will arrive in unmarked Jiffy bags or recycled cartons. Larger items such as extra large safety gates will arrive in Babasafe branded packaging. If a larger item is intended as a gift or your prefer privacy please let us know - we would be happy to arrange non-branded packaging.
