NB* You must contact customer service by phone or email to ensure your item is eligible for a return and/or to troubleshoot any issues that may be solvable over the phone. Once we have established that the item can be returned we will email you a return form to be filled and included with your item as well as return shipping information.

If you change your mind:

If you've changed your mind on your purchase all you need to do is return the item to us within 14 days of ordering - fill out the returns request form linked above to start the process. Our only requirement is that the item is in a saleable condition – unopened with product packaging intact. Once we get your item back we will process your refund within 7 working days, but keep in mind it may take 5-7 business days to appear back on your statement. Please be aware that if seals on some items i.e. gates have been opened we are unable to offer a return. Please make sure you carefully measure your space before purchasing gates, if you're not sure to get in touch with us and we will help you determine suitability. We may in some cases be able to arrange a pick up for you, so please get in touch well before the 14 day period so we can try arrange it for you.

 

For baby gates & fire guards :

  • If the gate has already been built we cannot accept a return on this item
  • The item must be completely unopened with outer and inner packaging intact.
  • A restocking fee of €10 may be applicable
 
Fetal Dopplers :
  • If the seal/packaging is opened on this item we are unable to offer a return in the interests of hygiene and the nature of the product.
 

If you received the wrong item or are short shipped items:

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or are short shipped items, we will arrange a swap additional delivery for your for you as quickly as possible. All we ask is that you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. Get in touch so we can verify the mispack in our system and we will arrange a pick-up of the mispacked item and delivery of the correct item at the same time.

 

My product is faulty

It happens even the best brands from time to time! If you find a fault with your product within the warranty period we will sort it out for you as quickly as possible. First get in touch so we can figure out exactly what happened, we may troubleshoot with you and arrange parts replacement. If that doesn't work get the item back to us and we will work with either a repair or replacement for you. We will refund your shipping costs right way and of course, return the replacement free of charge.

 

Items damaged in transit

If a package arrives with the packaging damaged it may have been damaged in transit. If this happens, get in touch right away - don't worry your order was fully insured and we will get you a replacement right away in most cases.
